Eastham Forge uses traditional open die techniques but utilizes in-house tooling where possible to minimize stock and produce a smoother, more uniform forging. Our process also economically produces smaller quantity runs than traditional closed die methods.
Send us your requirements and our engineering staff will develop tooling to produce the parts with a minimum of stock and forged to near net shape. This will save material cost and downstream machining time.
